The Heaviness Before the Light

Greetings, Dear Ones, We are Shaltazar, the Gavish Banenu, the energy of 33, the Master Teacher, and the energy of 44, the Master Healer. You are feeling it, are you not? The heaviness. The cloud of melancholy that descends without reason. The sudden waves of doubt that crash into you when you thought you had built a strong and steady foundation. The sadness, the hopelessness, the aching in the Soul that no words can explain.

And you wonder, why now? Why, after all this work, after all the growth, all the healing, all the rising—why do these feelings persist? Why do they return? Are you broken? Have you failed?

We say unto you: No, Dear Ones. You have not failed. You are not broken. You are breaking through.

This time of despair, this moment of sorrow, is not the end of your journey but a deep turning within. It is a sacred contraction before expansion. A spiral inward before the next great leap. The doubt, the depression, the sadness—they are not regressions. They are awakenings. They are activations. They are nudges from your Soul, from the Universe, from the collective field of consciousness—whispering, sometimes screaming, to get your attention. To shake you from the trance of distraction. To remind you that you came here not to numb, but to feel; not to hide, but to rise.

These feelings are not punishments. They are not evidence of your spiritual inadequacy. They are signals—holy signals—calling you to a higher awareness. For those who are on the path, these emotions are not a return to darkness but a testament to your light. You are the feelers, the sensitive ones, the empathic transformers who came to bring balance to a world steeped in imbalance.

The world around you is in chaos. Mother Earth is speaking. The masculine is in overdrive. There is now an opportunity for a new balance of yin and yang—one never before seen on your planet. Conflict is rising everywhere, both within and without. And those who have awakened their feeling consciousness cannot help but feel the pain of this disarray.

So naturally, you feel doubt. Naturally, you feel depression. Sensitivity is not weakness—it is alignment with truth. Your finely tuned awareness picks up what others suppress. You are feeling what others deny. You are receiving the call that others ignore.

These emotions are not here to paralyse you. They are here to propel you. They are a call to action, a summons to rise—not by fighting or forcing, but by rebalancing, by returning to wholeness within. For when you bring harmony to the conflicts inside you, you ripple that healing out into the collective field.

These emotions—sadness, doubt, weariness—carry encoded wisdom. They are not intrusions but sacred messengers, beckoning you to listen more deeply than ever before. Their arrival is creating space within your emotional body for more Light to enter. This is a sacred housekeeping, a releasing, a detox of the emotional trauma that has long been hiding within you. What arises is not here to harm you, but to make room for your becoming.

This is also a collective detox. A planetary purge. The veils are thinner now, and so you feel more—not just your pain, but the pain of the world. The sadness of the Earth. The uncried tears of generations.

You feel them because you are strong enough to.

So what do you do?

Create sacred space each day to sit in silence and say:

“I feel this. I do not run. I do not numb. I feel this fully. And I welcome the wisdom within it.”

Then breathe. Deeply. Let the breath move what the mind cannot. Let the breath bring you back to the present moment, again and again and again.

Move your body. Shake, dance, stretch, walk. Let your body speak what your heart cannot find words for.

Speak your truth. To a friend. To your journal. To the wind. Express what lives inside you without censoring or fixing.

And rest. Oh yes, Dear Ones, rest. These are not times for striving or proving. These are times for softening, listening, receiving. For returning to the receptive stillness of the Divine Feminine within.

Remember, doubt is not the absence of faith. It is the doorway to a deeper faith. And depression is not the absence of joy—it is the soil in which new joy is seeded.

Do not judge yourself. Do not rush to escape. Trust the sacred intelligence of your Soul.

You are not alone in this. You are never alone. Feel Us with you. Feel the Light that surrounds you even in the dark. It has not gone. It is waiting for you to turn inward and find it glowing at the centre of your Being.

This too shall pass. But it shall pass only if you honour it.

The Light is coming. But first, you must hold space for the heaviness.
