Welcome to Living the Wisdom

Reflections, teachings, and practical insights to help you bring spiritual wisdom into everyday life.

Wisdom is not something we collect. It is something we learn to live.

For many years, I have been receiving, sharing, and teaching the wisdom of Shaltazar. That wisdom has touched me deeply. It has changed how I see myself, how I see others, how I understand life, and how I move through the challenges that come with being human.

But I have also learned something important along the way.

Wisdom, by itself, is not enough.

It is possible to hear beautiful teachings, read powerful words, feel deeply moved in the moment, and still go back to living the same patterns the next day. I know this because I have done it. I have received wisdom that felt profound, only to realize later that I had not yet learned how to actually live it.

Living the Wisdom is where I will share reflections, teachings, and practical insights inspired by what I have learned from Shaltazar’s wisdom, my own life, and the many people I have had the honour of supporting through my coaching work.

These writings are not meant to be abstract spiritual ideas. They are meant to help us deal with real life.

Anxiety. Overthinking. Emotional pain. Relationships. Fear of change. Feeling stuck. Losing trust in yourself. Feeling disconnected from your heart. Trying to understand why life feels so heavy sometimes. Wondering why you keep repeating the same patterns even when you truly want to grow.

This is where spiritual wisdom must become practical.

It must help us understand why we live in our heads so much. Why our emotions get trapped inside us. Why anxiety may not always be the real problem. Why we struggle to trust our inner guidance. Why we judge others without really knowing them. Why change can feel so frightening even when something inside us knows it is time.

To me, living the wisdom means taking higher guidance and bringing it down into the everyday human experience.

It means learning how to pause before reacting. It means becoming curious about your emotions instead of pushing them away. It means questioning the stories your mind has created. It means opening your heart when your instinct is to protect yourself. It means recognizing that your pain is not proof that something is wrong with you. Often, it is showing you where something within you is asking to be seen, understood, and healed.

I have often said that life is my teacher and my life is my teachings.

That is not just a nice phrase to me. It is how I have come to understand my own journey. I did not learn wisdom by escaping life. I learned it by living through the struggles, the confusion, the discomfort, the transitions, the mistakes, the awakenings, and the moments when life forced me to see myself more honestly.

And I am still learning.

That is important to say.

I am not writing these pieces as someone who has mastered everything. I am writing them as someone who has been deeply changed by spiritual wisdom and who is still learning how to embody it more fully. I am writing as a fellow human being who has spent many years listening, observing, feeling, reflecting, and trying to understand what life is really teaching us.

Some of these writings will be inspired by Shaltazar messages. Some will come from my coaching experiences. Some will come from conversations, personal reflections, and the deeper questions I see so many people struggling with today.

My hope is that these pieces help you feel less alone.

My hope is that they give you a new way to understand what you are going through.

My hope is that they help you stop judging yourself so harshly and begin listening more deeply to what your life, your emotions, your body, your Soul, and the Universe may be trying to show you.

Because wisdom is not meant to sit on a shelf.

It is not meant to remain a beautiful idea.

It is meant to soften us. Strengthen us. Awaken us. Challenge us. Heal us. Open us. Guide us back to the truth of who we are.

That is what Living the Wisdom is about.

It is an invitation to take spiritual insight and bring it into your relationships, your choices, your healing, your emotions, your uncertainty, your self-worth, and your everyday life.

It is an invitation to stop simply seeking wisdom and begin asking a deeper question:

How do I live this?

That question has changed my life. And maybe, in some way, it can help change yours too.
